Atlético Madrid will play Lokomotic Moscow in the Europa League last 16 with the first leg taking place on the 8th of March at the Wanda Metropolitano at 18:00 GMT and the return leg on the 15th with the earlier kick-off time of 16:00 GMT.
After breezing into the last 16 against Copenhagen, Atlético avoided some of the bigger teams in the draw and will be hoping to march into the quarter-final. Gabi infamously said that the Europa League was shit when the rojiblancos were knocked out of the Champions League but if they can get to the last eight, you feel like they might start taking it more seriously.
Their schedule is not forgiving, however, and you wonder if Simeone will prioritise LaLiga. They play Sevilla this Sunday before Leganes and then Barcelona before the 1st leg against the Russian side and they play Celta Vigo in between the two Europa League fixtures.
Lokomotiv Moscow currently lead the Russian league by eight points ahead of Zenit after 20 games.
