Eibar - Atlético Madrid: Time, TV, streaming and how to watch Liga Santander 2018

Atlético will go up against LaLiga’s hottest team.

Following an eventful Friday which saw Atlético Madrid drawn against Sevilla in next week’s Copa del Rey quarterfinal and forced into an aircraft change, Diego Simeone’s men have touched down in the Basque Country ahead of Saturday’s contest against white-hot Eibar.

Los colchoneros will not be at full strength for this encounter, as three players (Diego Costa, Stefan Savić and Gabi) will miss out through suspension and Filipe Luís continues to recover from a hamstring injury. As such, we may see a less-open Atlético taking the pitch against a side that has rung up six wins from the past seven.

Atlético have won all six league meetings with Eibar since the latter achieved promotion in 2014. In fact, Atleti have kept a clean sheet in two of the three games at Ipurua and won each by two or more goals.

Possible XI

Oblak; Vrsaljko, Giménez, Godín, Lucas; Correa, Koke, Thomas, Saúl; Griezmann, Gameiro.

Predicted scoreline

Eibar 1-2 Atlético.
