Storms off camera
He had a busy night because when he was interviewed after the game and was asked about his future, before storming off camera and saying “that’s it”. He is sick of answering questions about it as we are hearing about it. It can be construed two or three ways.
- He is happy at Atletico Madrid and does not want to say it again.
- He is annoyed that Manchester United (or whoever he was linked with) have stopped chasing him.
- A deal is close or is already done and he is sick of giving clues and playing games.
