Atletico face the second true test of their season as they face Bayern Munich just a week after going toe-to-toe with Barcelona at the Camp Nou in La Liga. That game ended 1-1 and there is every possibility we see a draw again tonight.

Our very own Robbie Dunne is at the Vicente Calderon and did a Facebook Live video to have a look at some match-ups along with how Simeone might play. He also took a look at Bayern under Carlo Ancelotti - they have a 100% win record through eight games.

The big news yesterday came when Simeone said that Fernando Torres would start up front. He has rarely disappointed when starting in big Champions League games for Simeone - think of Barcelona and Bayern last year.

This will be a tactical battle between two men who have immense mutual respect for each other.
