Atletico Madrid have released a video with the designers of their new stadium explaining exactly what and why they created the stadium that is set to feel like a "pressure cooker" with the roof built specifically to keep noise in and create a special atmosphere to rival the club's current stadium, the Vicente Calderon.

The stadium, which is set to be ready for use in the summer of 2017, will have a capacity of 66,000 spectators and is located in "one of the most important growing areas of Madrid, in the northeast of the city, next to the M-40, near the airport."
The stadium plans were said to have met an obstacle in the planning phases but based on this new video created by Atletico's social media team, we can safely assume that planning and execution of those plans are fully expected to be on time.
