Atleti Feminas had a bright start in the match as after three minutes, Sonia Bermudez and Nagore Calderon had an occasion each in which they could net for the home side. UD Collerense could not get out of its shell due to the continuous pressure from the Feminas, however, the latter struggled to find the net. On the 17th minute, Bermudez's splendid shot could only hit the post among the disappointment of the home fans, as Atleti kept on pushing UD Collerense into its own box. On the half hour mark, Atleti forged ahead through Amanda Sampedro and a couple of minutes later, Esther Gonzalez doubled the score to virtually wrap up the result. Just before the half-time whistle, Priscila Borja Moren added the third goal to end the half time at 3-0.
In the second half, Atleti remained spirited and they extended their lead to 4-0 on the 56th minute through Bermudez. With the result already sealed, Atleti started to introduce several new faces on the pitch to rotate the team without giving any hope to their opponents to react. Gonzalez registered a personal brace on the 72nd minute to conclude the match at 5-0 for the home side.
Atlético's ladies are just four points off the pace set by leaders Athletic, and this victory - the team's fifth in a row - ensures Villacampa's women are still firmly in the title race
