Getafe 0-1 Atlético Madrid: Player Ratings

Lethargic Atleti come away with three points at the Alfonso Pérez

Jan Oblak, GK: 6

The €100 million man did not need to make a single save as he kept another clean sheet.

Juanfran, RB: 8

Juanfran was able to unsettle defenders with his pace and put in a consistent 90 minutes. Could have had a chance at a rare goal after Correa played him through late

Diego Godín, CB: 9

Back a week early from injury, the Uruguayan played a nearly spotless game. Getafe's forwards could not manage a single shot at Oblak.

José Maria Giménez, CB: 6

Out of position a few times, but wasn't hurt by it. Picked up a booking and will miss next week's big fixture against Villarreal.

Filipe Luís, LB: 5

Good first half from Filipe, ineffectual second half. Juanfran did much more in attack.

Gabi, RM: 7

Much more focused defensive performance from the captain, who shifted from the right to center to close down and snuff out Getafe's short passing game.

Koke, CM: 6

Unable to build off last week's performance against Eibar. Set pieces were lacking, spent a lot of the night in his own half.

Saúl Ñíguez, CM: 8

The Guardian's Sid Lowe credited Saúl for helping get Atlético back on track as Getafe pressured in the second half. I'm inclined to agree with him. Super game for the canterano, importance to the side now cannot be understated.

Yannick Ferreira Carrasco, LM: 8

Drove Pedro León and Damián Suárez crazy on the left side and delivered a brilliant cross to Torres for the game's only goal. Unfortunately rolled his ankle early in the second half, after which Getafe took control of the match. The club later confirmed Carrasco suffered a grade II sprain and he'll likely be sidelined three weeks. Big loss.

Antoine Griezmann, FW: 6

Griezmann played well Sunday, but he's out of form for the moment. The ideas and intent were there, execution and touch were lacking. Hopefully this corrects itself next week.

Fernando Torres, FW: 7

Registered goal #101 after 61 seconds, and that was all Atlético needed. Again was pretty lively, we'll see how long he can keep this up.

Òliver Torres, LM: 6

Came on for Carrasco in the 53rd minute. Didn't exert quite the same influence as he did against Eibar last week, still played some neat touches and held his own.

Matías Kranevitter, CM: 5

Came on for Torres in the 66th minute. Liga debut for the former River Plate man, who managed only a few touches in his 30+ minutes. Would expect him to feature much more in the league over the next few weeks.

Ángel Correa, FW: 6

Came on for Griezmann in the 86th minute. If he had entered for Torres instead, Atleti may have pushed the lead to 2-0 or 3-0. Correa looked good in his brief cameo Sunday, getting into the box easily and crafting chances for himself (albeit fluffing those for others).
