Antoine Griezmann’s love of NBA basketball is well-documented. Atlético Madrid’s star forward has traveled stateside to see the Golden State Warriors, the reigning champion Cleveland Cavaliers and is a big fan of the Chicago Bulls and its former point guard Derrick Rose. This past summer, he watched a United States exhibition against Argentina and met NBA star DeMarcus Cousins in the process.
On Thursday, Griezmann was in New York as part of his holiday break (#GriziVak). He met and exchanged jerseys with Rose, who plays now for the New York Knicks, ahead of the Knicks’ game against the Orlando Magic.

During the game, Grizi received the Jumbotron treatment and a nice round of applause from the Madison Square Garden crowd, captured here by Onda Cero reporter Hugo Condés:

Earlier in the day, Griezmann took some shots and did some Christmas shopping at the NBA Store.
