Atletico Madrid are negotiating with Partizan Belgrade winger Andrija Živković according to reports. The 19 year old is under contract with Partizan Belgrade until the summer of 2016 at which point he becomes a free agent. Atletico are believed to want to get the player signed before a sanctioning from FIFA for illegal activity during previous transfer windows.

Živković has landed 12 goals in 27 appearances for the Serbian club and the right winger also helped Serbia to the under-20 World Cup. He featured in every game for his nation at the competition and is considered to be one of the better young players in world football.

The report, which came via Joaquin Rodriguez's twitter account, suggests that Atletico are trying to get business done in a similar fashion to Barcelona as they face a similar sanction from FIFA in the next two transfers windows. The Real Federación Española de Fútbol, or RFEF, have already been informed that Atletico will likely face a ban from all transfer-related activity for two transfer windows and it appears that stockpiling their squad with young and upcoming talent is an avenue that appeals to them.
